Heyyyy Gurrrrlllll !!!!

My FIRST posting!!! Ok, so… I never imagined I would ever create a blog; the terms “blogging”, “tweeting”, and ”facebooking” kind of bothers me. Just hearing these actions, I feel like I’m being categorized into a social realm that is inhabited by people with no life that waste their time on these sites. Yes I know, hypocritical of me to say the least since I am ALWAYS on Facebook! But Facebook is my only outlet of expression and lets me say what is on my mind at any random time of the day thanks to the nifty little Facebook app on my iPhone. It just boggles my mind on how so many people can juggle a life of work, school, family, friends, errands, etc. and STILL have time to be on Facebook, Twitter, Myspace, Xtube, A4A and other sites all day. However, I finally realized that times are changing and this is how, we as a society, as PEOPLE, communicate with one another now. This is OUR way of expressing ourselves and a way of recording our lives, hoping someday when we have passed, will provide proof or our existence and that we be remembered; well for me at least lol.

The MAIN PURPOSE of me creating this blog is I have SO much on my mind all the time and I can only say so much on Facebook. I am constantly updating my statuses on Facebook with random things that I experience each day and my feedback has been positive. People enjoy my posts for the wittiness and humor of subjects, but yet, I have to be wary because it is a family oriented site and I do not want to offend anyone. A lot of my posts on Facebook I would love to expand on, but that is not the forum for that which sucks because I already have a built in audience.

So here it is: my own personal blog. Here I will have no apprehensions to hold back and be cautious of what I say. And not to confuse anyone, this blog’s intent isn’t just to say what is on my mind. I’m going to provide EVERYTHING that is going on with my life. My goal with this blog is to post the following:

• The thought and opinions of myself that will give you a daily laugh that is usually well needed
• Links to NEW music that I enjoy
• Links and postings of NEWS that is relevant to the community I love
• Links to EVENTS that are happening in our community
• PICTURES and VIDEOS that are of interest (yes, may contain sex and nudity, yay!)

Overall, this is a blog about me. And since EVERYONE loves me… you will definitely LOVE this blog!!! LOL jk…

Mind you, I’m new to all of this so give me some time to settle in and make it what I want it to be…
